This Privacy Policy explains how Omne-Trium Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and discloses your personal information when you visit the OMNE-TRIUM EASE website (the "Site"), place an order, or interact with us.

2.6 Sensitive Information (Health Data)
Our NPS survey may ask you to share health-related information such as digestive symptoms, dietary restrictions, or existing health conditions. Under the Australian Privacy Principles (APP 3.3), health information is classified as sensitive information and is subject to enhanced protections.
We will only collect sensitive information:
- With your explicit, informed consent, provided at the time of survey completion
- For the specific purpose of improving our product formulation and understanding customer experience
- Where collection is reasonably necessary for that purpose
How we protect your health data:
- Health-related survey responses are stored separately from general customer data
- Access is restricted to authorised personnel only (currently the Founder)
- Survey data is stored in encrypted, password-protected files
- Health data is never shared with third parties for marketing, advertising, or any purpose other than product improvement
- You may withdraw consent and request deletion of your health-related data at any time by contacting us at support@omne-trium.com.au
