1. Where We Ship

We ship within Australia only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We dispatch via Australia Post and other courier partners. Estimated delivery timeframes from dispatch:

Destination Standard Express
NSW Metro 2–4 business days 1–2 business days
VIC, QLD, ACT Metro 3–5 business days 1–3 business days
SA, TAS, WA, NT Metro 5–8 business days 2–4 business days
Regional & Remote 5–10 business days 3–6 business days

Timeframes are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, or carrier disruptions.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen method. Free shipping applies to qualifying Fortnightly x2 subscription orders (see our Terms & Conditions, Section 7.3).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel via the carrier's website.

6. Risk & Title

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. For full terms, see our Terms & Conditions, Section 5.3.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or contains the wrong items, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@omne-trium.com.au with your order number and (if applicable) photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund. See our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.

8. Incorrect Address

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address at checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be reshipped at your cost, or refunded less the original shipping fee.
