3.2g dietary fibre per serve. A prebiotic fibre that nourishes beneficial gut bacteria to support digestive health and microbiome balance.

Lactase Enzyme
Added to assist lactose digestion. EASE contains only residual lactose (<0.25g per serve, less than 1%). Significantly lower than standard whey proteins. Combined with added lactase enzyme, it's designed for digestive comfort even for those with lactose sensitivity.

Directions & Storage

Mix 1 scoop (35g) into 250ml of cold water or your preferred milk. Shake or stir well until dissolved.

Recommended one-day quantity: 1 to 2 servings (35g – 70g).

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight below 20°C. Reseal after use.
