1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the OMNE-TRIUM EASE website (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
OMNE-TRIUM EASE is a Formulated Supplementary Sports Food as classified under the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code — Standard 2.9.4.
"We", "us", and "our" refers to Omne-Trium Pty Ltd (ABN 81 685 263 834). "You" and "your" refers to you, the customer.
2. Products
2.1 Product Description
OMNE-TRIUM EASE is a whey isolate and collagen protein powder formulated with Actazin (green kiwifruit powder) and PhytoBiome (virgin sugarcane fibre). It is classified as a Formulated Supplementary Sports Food under FSANZ Standard 2.9.4.
All product descriptions, ingredient lists, nutritional information, and imagery on this Site are provided as accurately as possible. The ingredient listing on this Site matches the physical product label. Minor variations in colour, texture, or flavour may occur between production batches due to the nature of natural ingredients and do not constitute a defect.
2.2 Formulated Supplementary Sports Food — Important Information
By purchasing this product, you acknowledge and agree that:
(a) This product is a Formulated Supplementary Sports Food — not a sole source of nutrition. It is designed to supplement the diet of individuals engaged in physical activity and should be consumed in conjunction with a nutritious diet and an appropriate physical training or exercise program.
(b) This product is not suitable for children under 15 years of age or pregnant women and should only be used under medical or dietetic supervision.
(c) The recommended one-day quantity is 1 to 2 servings (35g – 70g). One serve is 35g.
(d) This product is not intended to prevent, diagnose, cure, or alleviate any disease, disorder, or condition. Nothing on this Site or in our marketing materials constitutes medical advice. Health-related claims made on this Site are based on self-substantiated food-health relationships notified to Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) under Standard 1.2.7 and should not be interpreted as therapeutic claims.
(e) If you have any medical condition or are taking medication, consult your healthcare professional before using this product.
2.3 Allergens
Contains: Milk, Kiwifruit.
This product contains whey protein isolate (derived from milk) and Actazin green kiwifruit powder. It also contains bovine collagen peptides.
This product is formulated with Halal and Kosher accredited ingredients. It is gluten-free.
Durablend cleans production lines between manufacturing runs. A facility-level precautionary allergen statement ("may be present") has not been confirmed and will be added here if required following supplier confirmation.
You are responsible for reviewing the full ingredient list on the product label and on this Site before purchasing. We do not accept liability for allergic reactions where the allergen is disclosed in our ingredient list or allergen statement. If you have any food allergies or intolerances, consult your healthcare professional before use.
2.4 Storage & Handling
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight below 20°C. Reseal after use.
Once the product has been delivered to you, you are responsible for storing it in accordance with these instructions. We are not liable for product degradation, clumping, or loss of quality resulting from improper storage or handling after delivery.
3. Pricing & Payment
3.1 Pricing
All prices displayed on this Site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. The GST component is itemised at checkout for your reference.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed separately at checkout before you confirm your order.
We take reasonable care to ensure pricing is accurate. In the unlikely event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund before dispatch (see Section 4.2).
3.2 Payment
Payment is processed at the time you place your order via the payment methods available at checkout (including Shopify Payments and PayPal). You must ensure your payment details are accurate and that you have sufficient funds or credit available.
All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full payment card details.
3.3 GST
Omne-Trium Pty Ltd is registered for GST. The price you see on product pages is the total price you pay (inclusive of GST). A tax invoice will be provided with your order confirmation.
4. Orders
4.1 Placing an Order
When you place an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) in your cart. An order confirmation email is sent automatically but does not constitute acceptance of your order.
4.2 Order Acceptance
Your order is accepted by us when we dispatch the goods and send you a shipping confirmation email. Until that point, we may cancel your order for any reason — including pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity — and will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
4.3 Order Cancellation by You
You may request to cancel your order at any time before dispatch by contacting us at support@omne-trium.com.au. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible — see our Returns & Refund Policy (Section 6).
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 Delivery
We ship within Australia only. Estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout and vary by location. While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, they are not guaranteed.
5.2 Shipping Costs
Shipping is charged per order unless otherwise stated. Free shipping applies to qualifying subscription orders (see Section 7.3).
5.3 Risk & Title
Risk of loss or damage to the product passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided at checkout. Title (ownership) of the product passes to you upon delivery.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
6. Returns, Refunds & Consumer Guarantees
6.1 Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law ("ACL"). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes, or modifies your rights under the ACL.
6.2 Major Failure
If a product has a major failure — including being unsafe, significantly different from its description, or substantially unfit for its normal purpose — you choose the remedy: a refund to your original payment method, or a replacement. We cannot force store credit for a major failure.
To claim a remedy for a product fault, contact us at support@omne-trium.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
6.3 Minor Failure
If a product has a minor failure (a problem that can be fixed within a reasonable time), we may choose to repair, replace, or refund the product.
6.4 Change of Mind
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Due to food safety and hygiene requirements, all sales are final unless the product is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
6.5 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@omne-trium.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs) at no additional cost to you.
6.6 Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. We process refunds within 2 business days of approval. Payment provider processing times apply — see our Refund & Returns Policy for details.
7. Subscriptions
7.1 Subscription Plans
We offer the following subscription plans:

Subscription pricing is applied as a percentage discount off the current RRP at the time of each billing cycle. Your subscription price may change if the RRP changes.
7.2 Billing
Subscription orders are billed at the time each order is placed (i.e. at the start of each billing cycle). Payment is charged to the payment method on file.
It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details remain current. If a payment fails, we will notify you and may pause your subscription until payment is resolved.
7.3 Free Shipping
Free shipping applies to Fortnightly x2 subscription orders only. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw the free shipping offer with reasonable notice. Any changes will apply from your next billing cycle, not retroactively.
7.4 Skip, Pause & Cancel
(a) Skip: You may skip your next scheduled delivery at any time before the billing date for that cycle.
(b) Pause: You may pause your subscription for up to 90 days. After 90 days, the subscription will automatically resume or be cancelled — we will notify you before this occurs.
(c) Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty or cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle. Orders already billed and dispatched are not affected by cancellation — standard return terms apply (Section 6).

7.5 Founding Member
Founding Member pricing is offered at our discretion to early customers. The Founding Member discount is a locked percentage off the current RRP and remains in effect for as long as the subscription is continuously active. If a Founding Member cancels and later resubscribes, standard subscription pricing will apply.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product names, and packaging designs — is the property of Omne-Trium Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
OMNE-TRIUM and OMNE-TRIUM EASE are trademarks of Omne-Trium Pty Ltd. Actazin is a trademark of Anagenix Limited. PhytoBiome is a trademark of Health Food Symmetry.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from this Site without our prior written consent.
9. Website Use
9.1 Accuracy
We make every reasonable effort to ensure the information on this Site is accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
9.2 Third-Party Links
This Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to Section 6.1 (your ACL rights which cannot be excluded):
(a) Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site or products is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.
(b) We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profit, data, or goodwill.
(c) We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to follow product usage directions, storage instructions, or allergen information provided on the label and this Site.
11. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using this Site and placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising under these Terms is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
We encourage you to contact us first if you have a concern or complaint. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issue directly. If we cannot resolve a dispute, you may refer it to NSW Fair Trading or another relevant consumer protection body.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this Site with a revised "Last updated" date. Changes take effect when published. Your continued use of the Site or placement of an order after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
For subscription customers, material changes to subscription terms (including pricing, billing, or cancellation conditions) will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
